The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
If you are unsure if whether the bracelet will fit or not, send me your wrist measurement. I can adjust sizing in most cases.
Care instructions
Some beads have plated finishes and can tarnish or fade if exposed to oils, lotions and water. String can also be overstretched and break. If your bracelet breaks, I will repair it at no cost if you send it to me with a postage-paid return envelope. Please keep all beads, as I might not have the materials to repair if any beads are missing, but can do my best.
